Pilipinas
You never see them driving,
They always take the bus,
And still they're always smiling
Though we don't say they must.

We pay them almost nothing
And sometimes less, I'm told,
But fulfilment isn't something
Which can be bought with gold.

When one of us has just calved
The first words that she yelps:
"The very thing we must have's
A Pilipina for this whelp!"

You never see them crying,
They don't seem to make a fuss,
And planeloads keep arriving
To do our chores for us.
